Why The Sandbar's My Go-To

Picture this: waves rolling in, a salty breeze screwing up your hair, and a plate of fresh oysters resting in front of you. That's The Sandbar at Deauville Inn in Strathmere, New Jacket. It's not simply an area to consume-- it's where you most likely to absorb the coastline life. The view's unbelievable, the entire Atlantic sprawled out like it's displaying, and the energy's ideal, somewhere between cool and humming. I swear, every single time I go, it seems like striking the reset switch.

The menu's obtained all the shore standards-- clams, fish sandwiches, you call it-- but they don't cut corners on choices. If I'm not in the mood for seafood, I'll grab a salad or something straightforward, always with a cold drink to match. You're sitting there, open air all over, with seagulls jumping and maybe some guy playing a guitar nearby. It's not fancy, and that's why it works. You seem like you belong to the coastline, not simply checking out it.

It's best whether I'm simply stopping by for lunch or satisfying up with friends for a sundown hang. Doesn't matter if you roll up sandy from the beach or tie up a boat nearby, they're great with it.
